Stan Ray is committed to quality, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Stan Ray woven labels and hangtags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
